Omniguard 4 Software Downloads
Downloading Software
- Click on the link for the file you want to download.
- When your browser asks, choose "Save this file to disk" and click "OK".
- Change the "Save As" location to the Desktop and click on "Save".
- When the download is complete locate the file on your Desktop.
- If you've downloaded a "zip" file, double click on it or use a zip utility to open it and run the "install.exe" program it contains. Files with the ".exe" extension can be run by double clicking on them.
Complete Omniguard 4 Updater
Below you will find Omniguard 4 Updater software. This software allows you to
update your Omniguard 4 or Omniguard 4 WiFi Adapter firmware (the software that
runs in your device) using a PC and the USB cable that came with your Omniguard
4. Included is the latest version of firmware for the original Omniguard 4 as
well as the new Omniguard 4 with two USB ports. The software will automatically
install the correct version for your Omniguard. This updater does not work with
the Omniguard II or III.
To determine which version of firmware your Omniguard 4 is currently running,
press the MENU button and select "CONFIGURATION REPORT". The firmware version
will be shown on the first line. The firmware version is also shown briefly on
the screen each time the unit is turned on.

Note: You will need an Omniguard serial cable or USB Adapter for the Omniguard 3. For the Omniguard 4 you must have the provided USB cable in order to make use of this software.
